Steve founded Performance Results Partners (formerly Illinois Pro Services) in 2016 to provide professional training and documentation services to organizations nationwide. Steve has 20+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and professional writing and editing. This experience is mostly corporate but also includes serving clients in higher education and non-profit. Specific skills include:
